The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

Our camp is located in the foothills of the ADK state park and situated along the banks of the West Canada Creek. Enjoy DIRECT access to the creek for fishing, tubing, ect. Minutes away to annual Snow Bash events. A short drive to Hinckley, Kayuta, and Piseco lakes. Close access to snowmobile trails that extend across NYS. A 45 minute drive to Utica. An hour or less to Speculator/Old Forge/Piseco. Restaurants/Pub: Haskell's Inn (walking distance), Ohio Tavern(2 mi.) WiFi & Streaming. NO pets.

At Collier’s Hideout you’ll find everything you love about camping the wilderness, blended with comfort in a cozy furnished apartment. Enjoy hiking over 4 acres of private forest, and wind down with the sounds of ‘Mad Tom’ at a brook-side common area providing a Blackstone griddle in a screened in pavilion. Free campfire wood included with your stay so you can enjoy s’mores if you just can’t be pulled away from the peaceful serenity, then retire in comfort in a comfortable apartment.

The Mohawk Getaway! Private heated pool

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

This cozy cottage is nestled in a tranquil setting, with glorious golf course and lake views offering an escape from the fast pace of everyday life. Welcome to Mill Town Apartment. This newly updated retro apartment is located just miles off of the New York State Thruway and is centrally located between Utica and Rome. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica University, Hamilton College, SUNY Poly, and the Griffiss Business & Technology Park. In addition, this is a perfect location for day trips to Syracuse, the Adirondack Park, as well as the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

We offer an open concept efficiency apartment on the first floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 2 beds (1 King, 1 full), TV and wifi, sitting and dining area, all with direct access to the lake. We have a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
