Bring the whole family to enjoy a quiet location minutes from Utica, New York. Utica and the surrounding area offer many attractions for the whole family. The neighborhood is a nice place to take a walk, with views overlooking Utica from the south. Hosts are across the street, in case you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. You will enjoy the Peace and Quiet here! Enjoy watching the Horses out to pasture. Explore the many miles of State Forest. Horse & Hiking trails right down the road and Connect with Nature. Take some time to enjoy the Swing in the Flower Garden this Spring and Summer. Relax, watch and listen to the many birds here. There is a Complete Kitchen for you to cook meals. Organic eggs are in the fridge for you to enjoy from our free range chickens. Close to Colgate/Morrisville/Hamilton Colleges.

Luxury Cooperstown Area Lake Home with Amenities!!

Summer Bookings, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for the schedule. If you’re going to “Allstar Village” their schedule does not align with this. The 2026 season is 5/31-8/23/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.

Charming COUNTRY farm house dates back to pre-civil war times, this evident by the beautiful wood work, beautiful wide plank floors. Large yard that is perfect for the kids or dog to run & play. This house is in the perfect central location of the NY COUNRY side. THERE ARE ZERO STREET LIGHTS. We are short drive to many attractions around NY. You have the entire house to yourself & your party. We are close if you need us but we value your privacy! *Please read pet policy carefully*

This cozy, split-level, country home has 4 bedrooms-sleeps 10, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, two large gathering spaces, dining room, and a relaxing sun room, deck for viewing spectacular sunrises / sunsets. Propane grill w/ free propane, fire pit w/ free firewood, large yard: view the magical stars at night! Large parking area w/ security lighting. Reliable cell service and high speed Wifi. Ask about touring the Weiss Dairy farm!

We have a large open concept living, kitchen, and dinning area. We are located 30 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame, 35 miles from the Turning Stone Casino, 10 miles from the Herkimer Diamond mines, and the beautiful sights of the Adirondack Mountains are located in our back yard. Located near the NYS Thruway!

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Come relax and unwind in our newly renovated cottage! Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away

Cozy, fully furnished, lake front cottage located on Oneida Lake. With a first floor bedroom and a huge upstairs loft style bedroom, you can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Just a few steps away from swimming, fishing, and boating! Access to a basketball court and field on the other side of the house as well! Steps away from a blueberry farm and a path for walking, biking or taking out a quad.
