Five minute walk to the ferry dock. Five minute mini taxi ride or fifteen minute walk to Chepas Beach located on the western end of the town or the popular Bando Beach and bar/restaurant located on the eastern end of the town. Studio apartment located on the bottom floor of a dwelling home. Security guard on duty 11 pm to 6 am.

With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
