Hummingbird House Utila

Hummingbird House is a beautiful/quaint 2 br home. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi & kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance (via the outside stairs) both with a Queen Bed, bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Ferry pick up is available upon request.

Cay House, Jewel of the Utila Bay

This enormous home is completely surrounded by the Caribbean Sea. The beautiful dock offers spectacular views of sunsets and sunrises. Each of the five bedrooms boasts a stunning sea view. Conveniently located within walking distance of the best dive shops and restaurants while still being away from the hustle and bustle of town. After a day of diving, you can relax in a private sensory deprivation float room. To ensure your comfort at all times, a new generator has been installed in 2025.

Utila's Sapphire House is a newly constructed upscale 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located at the water's edge on what is called the "old airport" area at the beginning of TradeWind. This stylish home features sea views from both bedrooms, and the great room (which includes the living area, dining area, and the kitchen area). The sea side deck provides a perfect place to sit in the quiet and enjoy the lapping of the Caribbean waves against the shore. THIS is what you have been looking for!

Caribbean Ocean Front Charm and a Pool with a View

The Caribbean Sea is a beautiful place to spend your vacation, and our vacation rental house is the perfect spot to enjoy it. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our recently remodeled main house is spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy your time here. The primary suite features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and a private balcony with stunning ocean views. Two guest rooms with queen-size beds.

The Dolphin House- A Serenity Beach Cottage

The Serenity Beach Cottages are oceanfront, 960 sq. ft homes with 2 bedrooms, 1 exquisite bath, full kitchen & living area, & a large screened porch. The property is boat access only but Utila town is easily accessible via an hourly shuttle. Little Bight dive site is 10 yards from the shore. We will arrange for a Tuk Tuk -Utila's taxi to pick you up at your point of entry and they will bring you to our boat for transportation across the lagoon to the property.

Water View One Bedroom Apartment - Apt #5

The best place to stay for Scuba Diving! Clean and fully furnished one bedroom apartments are located across from 3 popular dive centers, and walking distance to bars, restaurants, beaches and swimming. Full kitchen with amenities, TV for guest streaming, WiFi, AC, fans, stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hot water, and a restaurant also located directly across the street open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with views of the upper Utila Lagoon.

Beach Casita, Secluded beauty at Paradise Regained

The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Across the street from the Odyssey Resort TankD dive center and next door to the UDC Marina. A short walk away from 5 dive shops. The popular Bando Beach with its bar and restaurant is a short walk away. The grounds are spacious and are colorful and are gated with dusk to dawn security lighting.

Casa Colorada - in the Heart of an Island Paradise

Casa Colorada is located on the Utila Cays, just 20 minutes by boat from Utila. The apartment is facing the ocean and is located in the ground floor of the house with direct access to the ocean.
