It has one bedroom that features a queen size bed and a full closet. The closet is concealed by a mirrored barn door. The home's beautiful bathroom features granite countertops, a glass vessel sink, and a spacious shower with rain shower head. The full kitchen has plenty of storage space, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

( there´s no hot water). The walking distances from the house to the ferry station is 20 minutes, and to the beach Chepas is 5 minutes. Located one minute walking distance off the main road trough a 4 feet wide road, in a secluded area without traffic, and the neighbours are mostly locals.

We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
