In the beautiful polder Alblasserwaard (in between Rotterdam and Utrecht) in a quiet area, a single cottage by the water. Perfectly situated for hiking, cycling and for rest and relaxation. Kayaks and (motorised) boat available. Enjoy rest, freedom and rural view in our authentic, completely renovated cottage.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Guesthouse Bethune is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby. The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses. You can enjoy the great nature (many birds) with one of our bikes or our kayak. Self catering / without breakfast. Neighbor cats in the garden, please be aware when allergic.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Wat is het heerlijk in Loosdrecht! Geniet van het prachtig uitzicht vanaf ons dakterras over De Loosdrechtse plassen. Of vanaf het terras in de haven bij restaurant Porto. Voel je welkom op onze boot. We hopen dat je net zo netjes met onze boot omgaat als wij. Binnen mag er uiteraard niet gerookt worden. Geen probleem voor jou? We verwelkomen je graag. In overleg kun je ook onze sloep huren (vaarbewijs vereist). Kinderen zijn welkom als zij een zwemdiploma hebben.

Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.

Eilandseind, translated as islands end, is an island with a beautiful round wooden cabin on it! ...well, it's the last stretch of a kilometer long peninsula in midst of nature. Only reachable by (electric) boat, which is provided. Pure freedom, tranquility, romance in the dutch wilderness. A good reason why dutchies like to have staycations. A hidden outside space with a generous inside to celebrate nature and each other.
