A spacious bungalow with 2 large rooms with attached bathrooms, a sitting area attached with a dining room, kitchen and a magical sunroom with the views of the Doon valley. There is a caretaker present at all times and a chef on call to cook you fresh meals. The caretaker can help bring supplies when needed and brief you on how to get around.

One Oak is a tastefully created slice of heaven nestled in Barlowganj. It is a 2-storey space – the lower and ground floor comes with a plush bedroom, ensuite bathroom. It is a cool space for anyone who loves to walk around and explore the city or nearby areas using public transport. The house is near the Train and local Bus station. The house is in a lane (100m from Main road) and cars can only be parked on main road where street parking is available (At owners risk) , two wheeler parking is in the house.
