Exterior is still a work in progress. Surrounding locations and attractions such as Garner State Park is only 25 minutes away. House Pasture 23 mins away. 1 hour drive to Mexico or the casino at Eagle Pass. A quite country place to stay while doing business or pleasure exploring the local area & river locations.

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

With all of the amenities of home (full kitchen and laundry, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room meant for gathering), this space is ready for getaways for family and friends. Located in the heart of Downtown Uvalde, walk to shop and visit your favorite restaurants. Afterward, sit out on the balcony and enjoy an evening by the firepit. Completely remodeled Fall/Winter 2020. Rates are for the entire apartment (not per room).

Welcome! Step inside this newly remodeled home, pull a shot of espresso and relax. This home has strong Wi-Fi, but no television. For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeps 10. Hill Country Charming River Home, sleeps 8 comfortably! This home is nestled on the Nueces River in the Texas Hill Country. The house is located on the edge of the historic town of Uvalde and roughly a 55 minute drive to Garner State Park. A great place to relax after a long day, on the crystal clear Nueces River that runs through the back yard. Private River bank access for guest from the back yard.

The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.
