Magnifique maison avec vue sur le lac Léman et les montagnes, situé dans la commune de Blonay & St Lègier, ce village paisible, dispose de différents commerces accessible à pied, à quelques minutes seulement de Vevey, Montreux (Château de Chillon) et les vignes de Lavaux, toutes les commodités qu'offre la Riviera sont ainsi facilement accessibles. Le logement dispose d'un cadre verdoyant, d'une piscine enfant, d'un grand salon, avec cuisine américaine, trois chambres, un WC et une salle de bain.

Dans chaque chambre le ménage est assuré quotidiennement, vous trouverez de quoi vous préparer thé et café, tout le linge de lit est évidemment fourni et installé par nos soins. Proche de toutes commodité ainsi que d'un arrêt de bus et de la gare principale que vous rejoindrez en 4 minutes à pied.

La Fondation Gianadda est à 200 m, la Fondation Barry (Musée et Chiens du Saint-Bernard) à 300 m, le charmant quartier de Martigny-Bourg - avec ses bars et ses restaurants - à 400 m, et le CERM à 800 m. La gare de Martigny-Bourg est à 100 m: liaison vers la gare de Martigny et le départ du domaine des 4 Vallées (Le Châble - Verbier). Remarque: l’accès se fait par l’entrée principale de la maison, en traversant notre espace de vie.

De par sa situation il est possible d' effectuer un large panel d'activités sportives, culturelles et culinaires. Situé dans le vignoble à 15 min de Crans-Montana, il se compose d'une chambre avec un lit double et d'un salon avec un canapé d'appoint( lit 140x190 cm). La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Il dispose d'un accès et d' un extérieur privatif avec vue dégagée sur la plaine.

Situé au rez-supérieur, d’une maison de 2 appartements lui permet un accès direct au jardin grâce à un petit escalier extérieur de 6 à 8 marches.

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

Next to the bedroom, there is a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and another bathroom with a shower is accessible from the mezzanine.
