We're next to the famous 'Octagon Sportsbar'; which shows all major sporting events. A laundry and a French Bakery are within same complex. Bar closes around 10pm, guests can be served drinks 24hrs by the night guard. Rooms have 40" flat TV with Netflix and internet. PLEASE BE REMINDED THIS IS AN AIRBNB ROOM NOT A 5* HOTEL. Our 1 bedroom unit is in a compound located in Bantayan, Dumaguete City. It is only 24sq mtr total unit. Completado Unit 1 is at the ground floor for ease of access. The unit has it's own bedroom good for 2 - 3 persons (queen sized bed), a spacious washroom, compact kitchenette with fire protection and alarm system. The units are provided with basic appliances which are mainly new.
