Ubicado en la mejor Calle del barrio, a un lado a solo 25 metros La Playa de las Arenas y al otro lado el está el famoso Mercado del Cabañal, a pocos metros esta una parada de tranvía para poder ir a cualquier parte de la ciudad, la casa tiene 2 habitaciones matrimoniales completas y dos cuartos de baño, salon con comedor y una cocina completamente equipada, dispone de un precioso balcon donde podrás disfrutar sentado tomando el sol apreciando la vida del barrio..

Disfruta de esta casa recien reformada situada en centro. Sencilla y luminosa, la casa está situada en un barrio muy tranquilo . Desde aquí puedes ir andando a la playa (12min), al mercado municipal, castillo. Cuenta con una habitación doble con baño y cocina totalmente equipada y salón comedor asi que es ideal para 1 o 2 personas. Hemos puesto aire acondicionado! Es mi casa y vivo en ella de vez en cuando, pero cuando no estoy en Denia la compartor con viajeros.
