NO TYING dog on front/back deck. (NO CATS-$250 fine) not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms, MUST BE kenneled if left unattended. Keeping the animal under control, Ensuring the animal is housebroken , Not leaving the animal alone, Not allowing the animal into areas the host has indicated are off-limits
