Tuulikus on esimesel korrusel 3 ja teisel korrusel 2 magamiskohta. Saunamajas on kööginurk koos kõige vajalikuga , leili-ja duširuum. Sauna kasutamine on hinna sees. Maja ees on terrass ja katusealusega mahukas söögilaud. Tualett asub eraldi majakeses.

Kuuse metsamaja asub keset kaunist Saaremaa loodust. Võta aeg maha kuulates oja vulinat või nautides vaadet tiigile ja metsale. Majas on kõik puhkuseks vajalik ning magamiskohti on kuni 9 inimesele (7 kohta teisel korrusel ja 2 kohta alumisel). Saunasid on lausa 2 ning saunast saab hüpata jahutuseks otse tiiki. Distance from Kuivastu is 15 km and from Liiva 4 km.

Unser Ferienhaus haben wir im Jahr 2023 komplett restauriert und neu eingerichtet. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und mit Blick auf den Garten und den Sonnenuntergang. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man über die große Terrasse direkt in den Garten. Eine Sauna für bis zu 8 Personen ist auch vorhanden. An das Grundstück grenzt ein See mit glasklarem Wasser, in dem man baden kann.
