Rustico immerso nel verde,vicino al fiume e alle sue spiagge, roccia per l'arrampicata a 30m, klettern, a 200m Bus per Locarno e Ascona (5km) 10 min A PIEDI dalla strada su sentiero. Minimo un adulto di 27 anni. Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Due case in pietra immerse nel bosco, nel piccolo nucleo "Gropp", raggiungibili dal posteggio in 18 minuti a piedi lungo una strada pedonale asfaltata di cui gli ultimi 10 minuti un sentiero nel bosco leggermente in salita. Dedicati a chi ama la natura, a chi sa apprezzare la tranquillità, la vita semplice, a chi non si scoraggia se di notte sente gli animali del bosco aggirarsi, a chi si incanta ad ascoltare gli uccelli e a chi ama i bagni nelle magnifiche pozze azzurre del fiume Maggia.

L'appartamento si trova in una casa del 1800 che negli anni è stata ristrutturata. È un alloggio tipico, dotato di stufa a legna, i pavimenti come i soffitti sono di legno. Per accedere al bagno c'è la scala. Entrata indipendente, giardino con BBQ e pergolato per grigliare, la lavanderia è in comune con gli altri due appartamenti. A un minuto a piedi ci sono le fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Gli animali sono ben accetti, si richiede di notificare l'amico a quattro zampe quando si prenota.

In a quiet side street, where only the murmur of the village fountain interrupts the peace and quiet, you live in a lovingly restored house with a kitchen/living room on the ground floor, 4 guest rooms with shower/toilet on the 1st floor and 2 other rooms with bathroom and kitchen/living room on the 2nd floor .

This cosy apartment on the bottom floor of a vacation house containing 3 apartments is a great place to get away from it all. The views from the patio of this green valley full of palm trees are breathtaking! Plus it's only 25 minutes to Locarno! The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds.

Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

Mitten in Boschetto, einem denkmalgeschützten Weiler oberhalb von Cevio im Maggiatal liegt die Cà Lüina, ein historisches, geräumiges Rustico. Das dreihundertjährige Haus wurde 2021-2024 aufwändig restauriert mit dem Ziel, seinen Charakter zu bewahren. Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer modernen Küche und einem modernen Bad und hat einen tollen Garten.

Vorschriften des Kantons Tessin darf ich max. 6 Erwachsene beherrbergen). Ruhig im Wald gelegen, mit Auto erreichbar, Parkplätze vorhanden. Einfaches Steinhaus mit fliessend Warmwasser, vollständig ausgerüsteter Küche, aber kein Geschirrspüler und keine Waschmaschine. Heizung bei Bedarf mit Gas oder Holz. WLAN vorhanden, kein TV.

Detached two-room flat with kitchen and bathroom in a unique Ticino rustic complex, surrounded by a large, fenced, flower-filled and well-kept garden. To make your holiday even more magical, there is a pergola with a large grill. Ideal for a single person or a couple, the flat is located in the heart of Avegno and a five-minute walk from the bus stop leading directly to Locarno (9 km). The swimming pool is open only in the summer time. Otherwise it is covered with a tarp.
