„Casa di Sabbione“

Entspanne dich in den sonnigen Rebhängen des Onsernonetals. Unterhalb von Loco liegt das Rifugio Bastonega mit dem Casa di Sabbione, ein Winzer- und sanfter Landwirtschaftsbetrieb am steilen Hang. Biodiverstität und ein nachhaltiger Umgang mit der Natur liegen uns am Herzen. Das Haus bietet gut Platz für 4 Gäste in zwei Schlafzimmern. Zwei weitere Einzelbetten in einem Dachraum erweitern die Schlafmöglichkeiten auf 6 Personen. Das Casa del Bosco kann dazugemietet werden- Herzlich Willkommen!

Rustico Cansgei

Grazioso rustico per vacanze immerso nella natura, in zona tranquilla e soleggiata. Il rustico si compone su due piani. Al pianterreno piccolo atrio d'entrata, camera matrimoniale con possibilità di aggiungere un letto pieghevole, e cantina. Scala per salire al piano superiore dove ci sono un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, ampio soggiorno con divano letto, camino, cucina aperta con lavastoviglie. Apertura su grande terrazza con tavolo e grill e divano lounge. Posteggio privato a 50 m.

A soli 30 minuti da Locarno, questo rifugio unisce sapientemente tradizione e comfort moderni. La casa, un armonioso intreccio di legno e pietra locale, offre una cucina attrezzata e un'area esterna con barbecue per cene indimenticabili. La posizione vi permette di esplorare sia la natura della valle che le attrazioni del Lago Maggiore.

Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

Mitten in Boschetto, einem denkmalgeschützten Weiler oberhalb von Cevio im Maggiatal liegt die Cà Lüina, ein historisches, geräumiges Rustico. Das dreihundertjährige Haus wurde 2021-2024 aufwändig restauriert mit dem Ziel, seinen Charakter zu bewahren. Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer modernen Küche und einem modernen Bad und hat einen tollen Garten.

Casa Gianni Gianna - typischer Tessiner Rustico

Das typische Tessinerhaus steht in Aurigeno, Terra di fuori im Maggiatal. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich eine schöne Badestelle am Fluss, 7 min zu Fuss. Die Küche ist umfangreich eingerichtet. Dank dem offenen Kamin und der Öl- Heizung darf es aber auch mal etwas kälter werden. Es hat eine grosse Terasse mit Tisch und Grillstelle. Und unter dem Vordach kann man auch bei Regen draussen sitzen. Der Naturgarten ist grossteils umzäunt und praktisch für Gäste mit Hund. NL-00006005
