WiFi and a firestick TVs included, pool table downstairs. No AC in the Summer, ceiling fan, plus 3 fans to keep cool. NO PETS ALLOWED, NO SMOKING, and NO more than 8 guests.

Walking distance to public beaches and golf course, and restaurant. Great location!! The house has excellent use of space and doesn't feel crowded. The extra large deck provides more living space. Central AC added for 2026 season.
