The cottage is cozy and comfortable. It is 980 square feet manufactured home. It has been renovated, new laminate floors. Common space and kitchen are open and spacious. New 50 inch smart television & smaller bedroom Roku tv. Split bedroom floor plan. Master bedroom and bath one end. Smaller bedroom next to hall bath. Shampoo and body wash. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Spices and oil coffee maker K Cups and 12 cup pot, wash/dryer. Fenced yard pet friendly. High chair and pack n play

This is a very unique 1890's unit in the heart of Fort Smith Downtown Party District. This unit has been recently renovated with all up to date comfort while keeping its old western charm. Once upon a midnight dreary, in my quest for lodging, weary, I stumbled upon a house, peculiar and eerie, With ebony floors that creaked and croaked, A grand old clock that tick-tocked and joked. Four bedrooms, where the bizarre did dwell, A dining room with tales to tell, A kitchen that conjured culinary spells, Two bathrooms, where the ordinary rebelled.
