Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This is a brand new triplex unit, its very nice and clean with lots of amenities including wifi, 1 electric fire place, living room and bedroom both have surround sound with flat screen smart tvs, board games, a nice work area with a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a super comfortable bed. Nice and quite and 5 min from I40 or I540. we will allow 1 pet under 30lbs with pet fee . if you have more thank one pet please contact us.

Beautiful modern cabin on top of the mountain. Complete seclusion with a breathtaking view for a romantic getaway or peace and quiet, pollinator garden that's home to hummingbirds, butterflies and bee's …We’ve already had a sunset engagement…great place to pop the question. Western view of the Boston Mountains..sunsets galore 30 minutes south of the UofA…DEVILS DEN, LAKE FT SMITH, BUCKHORN TRAILS VERY CLOSE. Checkout GATEWAY TO THE BOSTON MOUNTAINS for an overview of the area..things to do etc.

The Cottage at Ella Marie

The cottage is cozy and comfortable. It is 980 square feet manufactured home. It has been renovated, new laminate floors. Common space and kitchen are open and spacious. New 50 inch smart television & smaller bedroom Roku tv. Split bedroom floor plan. Master bedroom and bath one end. Smaller bedroom next to hall bath. Shampoo and body wash. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Spices and oil coffee maker K Cups and 12 cup pot, wash/dryer. Fenced yard pet friendly. High chair and pack n play

The Dragonfly Cabin~20 private acres/Mountain View

Cozy and charming cabin with beautiful Boston Mountain Views! Spacious screened in porch with propane grill and bar. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms with endless Hot water. Pretty pond on property and several trails around the 20 acre space. Upper and lower fire pits to keep warm on cool evenings or roast s’mores! Relax at the cabin for your entire stay or get out and enjoy Lake Fort Smith, Devils Den State Park, or one of the many other nearby trails. Fayetteville is 37 min up the road!

Living quarters includes sofa bed that can sleep two, table, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Beautiful wood finishes and decent size bathroom. Centrally located on Rogers Ave close to downtown. Suite has it’s own parking concrete pad. Guest suite is by our house, fence separating us. Pets MUST be added to guest list
