Imagine your group laughing and playing games while you watch the cook from the huge island with seven barstools. Or kick back in the den with six recliners. All of you will fit at the dining table and spend hours chatting. Got a dog? Bring it!

Worth metro, this getaway cabin features multiple decks and porches for taking in nature, plus a forest-view hot tub for romantic soaks. All the joys of camping, without the setup hassles... and with a much better night's sleep! The cabin is stocked with everything from linens to cookware and HVAC!

The Barn at Neches

The Barn at Neches A cozy 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath barn-style retreat. The kitchen and all bedrooms are located upstairs, offering a comfortable setup with 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. Guests also have access to a primitive pistol pit gun range. Please note this area is still under development and is available for use at your own risk, as it is not staffed. Relax and unwind in the newly added outdoor hot tub, conveniently located on the deck!

Upward Treehouse is a beautiful & luxurious treetop retreat! A ground level covered patio provides a comfortable eating area. The second level is an open air deck complete with a sitting area and a flat top gas grill. The third level is the entry level to the family room with 2 full sized sleeper couches, TV & Blueray. Also a full sized kitchen, half bath, wrap around deck with more outdoor seating and outdoor shower.

Ranch Stay Features: Top-Tier Pickleball: Experience our pro indoor courts and shop. Elegant Air BNB Units: 2 luxurious stays with jacuzzis, grills, and a firepit. Highland Cows and donkey Farm. Relax with fishing (catch & Release) so bring your fishing rod. Note: Pickleball is a separate cost from the Air BNB stay. It's $30 per hour. No refunds for power outages.
