Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. One dog allowed. The perfect place to come back to after a busy day at First Monday, or just a nice getaway. Garage and WIFI. The backyard is large and completely fenced in! It's a great place for kids to play, or for all to relax at the end of the day and is furnished with horseshoes, a table for 4, a 2 person hammock, and a propane fire pit. Brookshires is located close for groceries. 2 night stays allowed on non-First Monday weekends.

Cabin features a fire pit, propane grill, upper/lower back porches, outdoor fireplace, lighted sidewalk to boathouse, granite c-tops, SS appliances, beverage bar mini-fridge, and carport. NOTE: Dogs allowed w/host approval & add'l payment.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The past 3 years we have slowly renovated for the perfect couples retreat, or family recharge directly on E. Lake Tawakoni. We have done our best to supply everything you need to unplug & enjoy Mother Nature at her best. This is a perfect place for soothing sunsets, beautiful sunrises and an array of wildlife. You may see deer, squirrels, hawks & maybe a Bald Eagle! Enjoy the day catching your favorite fish from our 100ft dock.

East Texas-close to Canton and Callender Lake

Welcome to Briar Glen Cottage. Fully remodeled house in East Texas. Come sit in the rockers on the porch, possibly see deer in the yard or the neighbor's yard. Enjoy dinner on the patio, swing in the hammock, build a fire in the fire pit or watch TV. Children have their own secret playrooms. Close to First Monday Trade Days in Canton and other great East Texas attractions. The community offers access to the lake within a mile of Cottage. Please read neighborhood information.

POND.... PICKLE.... REST.... REPEAT.. Message me for more info on Pickleball and Fishing. Nestled on 4 Acres, Running B Farm offers a private getaway for just the 2 of you or a group of 10. We just completed our new pickleball court and renovations on the pond and built a brand new dock. The pond is stocked with black bass, crappie and hybrid stripers. You can catch all you want... BUT we are Catch and release ONLY. Message us and we'll let you know what to bring to catch em!!

We are also located about 5 mins away from Lake Fork via drive.

Real retreat is a 4 bedroom house just a short drive from Dallas and boasts a beautifully restored 1900s downtown with plenty to see and do !! 🎣 fishing is catch and release for guests .You may only fish on the dock and you must stay on our property.
