The Tiny Bluebird is a newly built, tastefully decorated, cozy cottage located on Willow Lake in Wills Point, Texas. A stone throw away from fishing, swimming, or kayaking. This well thought out cottage has multi-color rustic hardwood tiled floors throughout which are accented with beautiful lighting. The master bath has tiled floors, white marble sink top, and walk-in tiled shower to match.

You will love the massive gourmet chef's kitchen for family meals! This home boasts 2400 Sqft & 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms making it easy to accommodate up to 12 guests. Loft bedroom stairs steep. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The past 3 years we have slowly renovated for the perfect couples retreat, or family recharge directly on E. Lake Tawakoni. We have done our best to supply everything you need to unplug & enjoy Mother Nature at her best. This is a perfect place for soothing sunsets, beautiful sunrises and an array of wildlife. You may see deer, squirrels, hawks & maybe a Bald Eagle! Enjoy the day catching your favorite fish from our 100ft dock.

Our rustic, upscale, WATERFRONT cabin boasts gorgeous views! The three peaceful acres are tucked in an expansive cove of Lake Fork. Enjoy open concept LR/DR/kitchen. Private boat ramp. Boat lift & fish-cleaning station on a gorgeous, covered, open-air dock. Cabin features a fire pit, propane grill, upper/lower back porches, outdoor fireplace, lighted sidewalk to boathouse, granite c-tops, SS appliances, beverage bar w/add’l fridge, and carport. Dogs allowed w/host approval & add'l payment.

East Texas is known for treasure hunting, comfort food, and piney forests. The Farmhouse Studio is known for country hospitality, serene views, and comfy sleeps. Don't forget your fishing gear for catch and release acre pond! Come to just get away from it all. Suitable for a couple or a family with small children under 10. Keurig, microwave, toaster, mini fridge provided. Fire pit, outdoor furniture provided. There is NO full kitchen and no pets are allowed. 24 hour notice required.

Welcome to Briar Glen Cottage. Fully remodeled house in East Texas. Come sit in the rockers on the porch, possibly see deer in the yard or the neighbor's yard. Enjoy dinner on the patio, swing in the hammock, build a fire in the fire pit or watch TV. Children have their own secret playrooms. Close to First Monday Trade Days in Canton and other great East Texas attractions. The community offers access to the lake within a mile of Cottage. Please read neighborhood information.

Lovely 2bd/1ba overlooking private 20-acre lake on 300-acre ranch. Pool table & dartboard on screened porch. Trails throughout. Fish from piers, shoreline, pedal boats, or your own human powered watercraft. High speed internet . (Price includes up to 6 guests; cabin is set up to sleep 6. However, up to 10 overnight guests are allowed at $25 per night per person over 6. Guests need to provide their own additional air mattresses etc for additional overnight guests)
