Our cute, cottage-style, tiny house is located in popular Beach Grove, just steps from the beach and golf course! This charming tiny house has everything you need to feel comfortable and cozy during your stay. Close to all amenities that Tsawwassen has to offer, restaurants, charming shops, fantastic bike paths, Centennial Beach and more. Conveniently, we are a 10 minute drive to Tsawwassen ferry terminal, and 5 minutes to Point Robert’s border crossing. We can accommodate 2 guests maximum

A bright basement bachelor suite in our duplex located in Mount Pleasant, walking distance to trendy Main St & Commercial Dr. The space is a private self-contained unit accessed via its own front door w/ keyless entry, equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, full-sized washer & dryer, TV/wifi/keurig. The bed is accessed via a brand-new queen-sized Murphy bed system from California Closets, which folds up to become a dedicated work space. Also included is a sofa bed. Free street parking available

Bright Kingsize Suite, 1 block from Kits Beach!

Perfect Location! Near beach, Parking & quiet private suite and small garden. Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

This basement two-bedroom space is in a Kitsilano heritage home. It has a kitchenette only with sink, microwave, fridge and is close to many great restaurants, cafes and beaches. This is a no party space with a suite above. TV comes with basic cable and Netflix. It is very close to public transit, bike lanes, downtown and UBC. Free parking on street. This is a non-smoking property.
