Welcome to a rural and industrial apartment that belongs to me, a chef with passion for sevice. This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Trevligt gästhus med tillgång till trädgård

Charmigt gathus i centrala Malmö. Två rum med två sängplatser i vardera rum, tillhörande kök, två badrum. Gästhuset är omgivet av en härlig trädgård där man kan njuta av fågelsång till sitt morgon kaffe. Här finns tillgång till WiFi, tvättstuga och närhet till det mesta man kan behöva. Inom promenadavtsånd finns Möllans marknadsplats för frukt och grönsaker, ett flertal matbutiker samt restauranger, parker, lekplatser samt buss och tåg. Köpenhamn och Lund nås inom 20 minuter med tåg eller buss

Small studio flat with own entrance & self checkin

Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Eget ställe, lugnt och skönt med närhet till allt!

Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat nyrenoverad gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med våningssäng 120*90 cm och pentry. Toalett med handfat och separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Detta rymliga boende är på hela 42kvm med högt i tak och synliga bjälkar. Det har en mysig innergård med solstolar och utemöbler där man kan koppla av mitt I staden. det är mycket nära Södervärns busstation och möllevångens krogliv. Det är även gångavstånd till trianglelstationen. välkommen den 5 augusti 2024 åker jag iväg på en mycket lång resa. Då kommer jag att ha en trevlig co host som bor här i det stora huset och tar hand om airbnb i gästhuset.

A small but very cosy apartment from the 1950s with a spacious glass balcony. From here is walking distance of about 10 minutes to Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where one will find an abundance of stores, pubs and cafés. In the basement there is access to free-to-use sauna. Just downstairs you'll have Ica's grocery store and the fast track bus which takes you to the Central Station in 15 minutes. You'll feel at home. Welcome!

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop, Lomma Storgata, is about 400 m from the house.
