Some say the cabin has a nautical feel with galley kitchen, wood paneling and brass light fixtures. In the bathroom, copper pipes become towel racks. Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. The reading and writing room, across the path, is a refuge for solitary study or work. Enjoy the water, marine life and birds here where each season brings new joy and sometimes, excitement.

Featured in Cascade PBS Hidden Gems, our 1930's beach cottage is located on 100 feet of private beach front on historic Crystal Springs. Completely renovated in 2022, the home features a chef's kitchen, cozy designer furnishings and stunning Puget Sound Views. Three bedrooms, two baths and vaulted great room perfect for gatherings. Take in sunsets, watch marine life & relax on 100 feet of private waterfront. Hike nearby trails & just minutes to Pleasant Beach Village shopping and restaurants.

A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, BBQing, a forest hiking trail with sea and mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

Occupying one story of a midcentury modern home, the 900 sq ft apartment provides outstanding views of the Sound, Olympic Mountains, magnificent sunsets, and sea life. Accommodations include a living/dining area, spacious master bedroom, sea view terrace with covered patio, KITCHENETTE (NOT A FULL KITCHEN), plus an additional guest room and access to the waterfront bulkhead area (NO BEACH ACCESS).

Vashon Beach House- KVI Waterfront

Welcome to the Vashon Beach House. Located on sought after sandy KVI Beach. No high bank bluffs or trails. This is the only waterfront house located at beach level in the area. The home has been in our family for over 100 years. The flavor is Northwest Beach while also trying to make your stay as comfortable as we can. Our home boasts hand-hewn original rustic beams, yet also offers full wifi, TV with Netflix / Amazon Prime/ Hulu: Sonos speakers.

Charming Beach Cabin in Quartermaster Harbor

* The cabin is close to the park, hiking trails, boat launch boat and bike rentals. You’ll love my place because of the views, being right on the private beach and the quiet peninsula.
