Airfryer, Micro, kokplatta, brödrost, vattenkokare etc Det finns busshållsplats ca 100m från boendet. Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du på gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Charmig stuga med vedeldad bastu, frukost ingår!

Här finns en äldre stuga med mycket charm att vila upp sig i. Frukost ingår! Köket i stugan är enkelt med vedspis, elektrisk miniugn samt micro. Möjlighet att använda fullt utrustat kök i boningshuset där även toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin finns tillgängligt. Den vedeldade bastun värmer gott och där finns även ett sittbadkar och batteridriven dusch. På verandan hörs vattnet från bäcken och en stentrappa leder dig ned till en ljuvlig plats för kaffepaus. Låna kajaken och paddla upp från dammen.

Hos oss bor du bekvämt i vår mysiga gäststuga, imitt i vackra Höga Kusten och med nära till många populära utflyktsmål, bad, vandringsled, skidspår, affärer, restaurang bensinmack. Elbilsladdare oinärområdet. Här finns ett välutrustat litet kök, matplats, allrum med soffa och öppen spis med pelletskorg. Trivsamt sovloft, egen ingång och egen altan. Grill finns att låna. Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. You are very close to both Ski slopes and a golf course. For more tips of activities see the section "The neighborhood".

Privat och fin svensk stuga – modern och naturnära

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Som ligger nära naturen men även centralt i Söråker. Det är en helt nybyggd stuga med hög standard. Ett sovrum med 180cm skön dubbelsäng och ett rum med en 120cm skön enkelsäng. Vi har en fin bäddsoffa som blir 140cm bred där man kan sova två också. Wifi finns och ett fint badrum med dusch och både tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en mysig tomt som ni har helt för er själva. Med en eldstad, utemöbler, gunga och en kolgrill.

Seaview, Höga kusten, close to Rotsidan

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Located across from our family home, the cottage overlooks two lakes and Själandsklinten mountain and it is the perfect base for outdoor adventures. From hiking and biking to fishing and kayaking, there’s no shortage of activities to enjoy.

Experience true High Coast living in our authentic boathouse, perfectly positioned along the Höga Kusten trail. This converted fisherman's hut offers cozy overnight accommodation right at water's edge. Features include a covered berth, private south-facing pier, and beach access within our protected marina. Ideal base for hiking Skuleberget mountain and Skuleskogen National Park. Simple, mindful living in a World Heritage setting.

Cottage with a dream location

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Gårdshuset

Välkommen till Bergsåker som ligger 10 minuter med bil till Sundsvalls centrum. Bussen går regelbundet och stannar på vägen mot stan utanför Mittuniverstetet. Här bor du i ett helt nyrenoverad gårdshus med kök, badrum och en dubbelsängs. Vill du ta dig till Birsta köpcentrum är det endast en raksträcka på ca 10 minuter med bil så är du där. Sängkläder, handdukar och städning ingår i hyran. Gratis parkering på gården.

The Bakery Cottage, genuine stay in the High Coast

Stay in a traditional and unique bakery cottage - an old loghouse, reesently renovated. Enjoy the coosy feeling in the kitchen when the wood stove is burning. Take a swim och go fishing in the lake, there is also a plain sauna. Explore and enjoy the wonderful nature! This is the perfect basecamp för outdoor-life and culture excursions. Easy to access from E4 but still enough far away.
