A small house in a16th century property totally renovated with 21st century standards and amenities. It was originally created by Jean Haudebourg an engineer of the King of France who was in charge with the"Avignon bridge". In the heart of the village,near a bus stop, a land of 8000m2, at the foot of the historical ST André .Fortress Facing Avignon and its famous bridge, Villeneuve ,a trypical old provencal place,is ,thanks to its history ,gentle way of life and permanent sun , a privileged location ,,the ideal stay in Provence:less than an hour from the Mt Ventoux , The Lubéron ,the Cévennes, les Baux de Provence , the Camargues , the Mediterranean sea, The Gardon Gorge with canoe-kayak, the famous Rhone Valley wine trail and 10 golf courses The maisonnette is provided with the Internet and TV cable, a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and air con and akitchen with all amenities. Big park inside the property. Guests can be picked up at the TGV station or Avignon Airport. A bus stop for Avignon downtown,a bicycle station, shops and local restaurants at short walking distance. On Thursdays and Saturdays, provencal and wonderful market just near the house.

Studio indépendant à proximité d'Avignon

Le studio indépendant est une extension de notre maison, il fait 24 m². Vous pouvez garer votre voiture dans notre jardin, un emplacement vous est réservé. Il est équipé d'une TV, ainsi qu'un grand placard pour pouvoir ranger ses affaires. La kitchenette est équipée d'un frigo, d'un micro-ondes, d'une plaque à induction. La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle. Le logement est proche du parc aquatique Wave Island, parc Spirou (10-15 min), de l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (20 min).

La Bastide des Amandiers vous accueille dans L' Appart, un joli gîte pour 2 personnes (37m2), situé à l'étage du corps principal avec une entrée extérieur indépendante. Vous aurez également à votre disposition une petite cuisine d'été privée dans le jardin ainsi que deux bains de soleil. Nous avons deux autres gîtes dans notre propriété où nous recevons des personnes en recherche de calme et de sérénité. Aucun transat n'est installé autour afin préserver l'intimité de chacun.

A louer, gîte de 50m2 situé dans la campagne du Thor. Le logement de type loft se situe dans un mas au calme, et il est entièrement indépendant. Charming and Peaceful house, 5 min from Avignon...

It is a very old little house which was part of the abbey in the Middle Ages. It was the monk ancient independant cell who was in charge of the vegetable garden of the monastery. In order to reach it, you must go through the monumental portal of the monastery in the little street where the workshops of the Chartreuse are located! It is available from April 1st till October 31st (during winter, the guests travel themselves to discover the world with Airbnb. fr of course!)

You'll find us just a 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Laurent des Arbres and conveniently situated between the historic cities of Nîmes 30mins. and Avignon 25mins. There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.

Au coeur d'un village ocre typique de Provence, sous la protection du Mont Ventoux, ce petit studio vous accueille pour découvrir les sentiers de randonnée du Ventoux, le plaisir d'un moment dans un village hors des circuits touristiques. Un bassin vous rafraîchira en été à partir de juin. Nuit calme assurée. Le studio n'est pas grand mais vous profiterez d'un bel espace couvert et convivial dans le jardin.
