This 90m² gem includes a terrace with BBQ, private parking included, and is just a 5-minute walk from the city center (train). Cosy living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, pantry, and guest toilet. Upstairs offers two bedrooms: one with double bed & single bed, small desk and wardrobe and another room with 2 single beds. Quality bedding. Large bathroom with a washer/dryer.
