There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. This is an optimum place for families, friends or company meetings in the best area of Stockholm archipelago.

Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Utforska detta nybyggda fantastiska boende med magisk havsutsikt och kvällssol, ett trähus på 135 kvm på en ö i Stockholms mellanskärgård, Huvudhuset, med sina öppningsbara stora fönster längs hela havssidan, utstrålar en ljus och luftig atmosfär där naturen integreras med boendet. Här finns mycket sociala ytor och sovplats för 10 personer. Huset har en lång längsgående altan som bjuder på solstolar, soffplatser, stor kolgrill och har en nedre altan mot havet med badtunna.

Fredriksro beautifully located near the waterfront was built in 1892 and now owned by the sixth generation! It is close to a nature preservation with paths for walking, biking, hiking and jogging. We are 30 min from central Stockholm and about 10 min from the shopping.
