Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Liten fin sjöstuga med optimalt läge i centrala Vaxholm med bara några meter till vattnet. Ett rum med en dubbelsäng (180cm) för 2 personer med hög sovkomfort, 2 sköna fåtöljer och bord med 2 stolar. Dessutom en hall, toa med dusch, minikök med sittplats samt en privat uteplats på baksidan av huset. Läget är utmärkt för den som vill turista i Stockholm och skärgården. Ca 3 min gångväg till Vaxholms centrum med restauranger, affärer och buss- och båt kommunikationer. Buss till Sthlm ca 35 min.

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Big Garden.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Intill havet med egen havsbadbrygga. Utsikten är enastående, havsutsikt väst, norr och öst. Huset är byggt maj 2023. Nära till vacker natur, bad, brygga för Waxholmsfärjorna och golf. I närområdet finns bad- & barnvänliga sjöar med sandstrand, Yasuragi, Skepparholmen, Långa Raden. En bilutflykt bort ligger Siggesta Gård (minigolf, fotbollsgolf, sagostig), Artipelag, Gustavsberg med Porslinskvarteren, restauranger, caféer. Vikingshill ligger vid havet i skärgårdens början.

In this apartment you can stay 2 persons and a third small one. The apartment is settled 40 meters from the sea with our private jetty where it is beautiful to watch the sunset or go swimming.
