The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Tunnelmallinen asunto puutalossa

Tervetuloa oleilemaan lämmin tunnelmaiseen asuntoon osana vanhaa hirsirakennusta. Talo sijaitsee Kaukaalla, paperitehtaan piippujen alla. Asunto on pienehkö, mutta kompakti ja sisältää kaiken tarvittavan. Auton saa ilmaiseksi pihaan ja bussi kulkee ihan vierestä. Naapurusto on mukavaa ja rauhallista. Lämpimästi tervetuloa. Etsitkö täydellistä pakopaikkaa arjesta? Saimaan rannassa odottaa pieni rantasauna, jossa majoitustilaa on kahdelle ja tunnelmaa luomassa on pieni porinmatti. Mökistä löytyy pieni keittiö kalorien pyörittelyyn. Perinteisessä puusaunassa saa parhaat löylyt ja kantovesi saadaan suoraan Saimaasta. Kalalle pääset omasta rannasta ja illalla voit paistaa räiskäleitä nuotiotulella. Lisämaksusta kajakkeja, kalastusvälineitä ja huskyihin tutustumista. Kaikki tämä vain 12 km päässä kaupungista!

The apartment is located on the lakefront promenade in the middle of the city. Tree big windows with beautiful view. The apartment has an unobstructed view of the harbor bay and old Fortress. Within a radius of 20-500 meters the best places in the city, the Fortress, restaurants, beaches, boats, saunas, tennis, padel and sports fields, gyms, shops, hospital, library - everything you need on holiday and in everyday life. The apartment is elegant, barrier-free and modernly equipped.

The newly completed air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. Experience the wonderful peace of the stone house and the atmospheric environment. You also have a free WiFi, a parking space with canopy and electric vehicle charging station. We make the beds ready, so bed linen, towels and detergents are included in the price.

Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people.
