Cozy villa overlooking Vejle Fiord

Our home is a cozy villa situated in a small valley close to Vejle Fiord. It is a 10 minute walk to the water (800 meters) and 3 km to Tirsbæk Strand (beach with facilities). The house is located in Bredballe, just 5 km outside of Vejle. You can reach Billund and Legoland in 35 minutes by car. The house holds two bathrooms, a washroom, kitchen, spacious livingroom, two childrens rooms, and an office/spare room, plus a large terras and a balcony on the first floor.

Arkitekt tegnet villa med unik placering ved Brejning lystbådehavn. Huset er opført i 2021 og rummer 5 værelser, 2 badeværelser og stort køkkenalrum, samt en stor solrig terrasse. Indenfor en times kørsel kan du finde Legoland, Givskud zoo, wowpark og Lalandia. I nærområdet er der golfbane, skov, ruter til mountainbike, skønne naturoplevelser og mulighed for at svømme i fjorden. God naturlegeplads og en stor have med trampolin, gyngestativ og bålsted.

Romantisk sommerhus med havudsigt

Velkommen til vores lille fredelige oase, som ligger lige ned til Vejle fjord og ca. 100 m til en dejlig børnevenlig badestrand. Sommerhuset består af et kombineret køkken og stue, udestue, soveværelse med 140 cm bred seng, værelse med køjeseng og badeværelse. Stuen har en sovesofa, så der også er mulighed for at sove her. Huset er indrettet med vægt på autentisk sommerhusstil og hygge.
