Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

Beautiful & characteristic Albanian-style guesthouse situated on the shores of the breathtaking Shkodra-lake national park. Situated just 6 km from the vibrant city Shkodra, 15 km from the Montenegrin border, 30 km from the Velipoja beach its is perfect base for trips to the Albanian Alps (Theth, Valbona, Koman). The guesthouse has its own entrance, a private terrace and access to the swimming pool (shared) and garden (shared). An excellent place to enjoy and relax.

The house it have kitchen , tv room , two bedrooms, one bathroom, one it is with a double bed and the other one with two single beds plus one sofa which it can open. It have two balconies with nice view.
