The studio is a newly renovated space, detached from the main property, that gives your own space to call home with the added benefits of a sunny deck, pool access and a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ area. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

The unit is self contained and separated from the main residence by a large deck. It’s contemporary accommodation and convenient location has easy access to Phillip Island's pristine beaches, Penguin Reserve, Cowes township and the International Grand Prix circuit. We are within walking distance of Phillip Island Winery. Suitable for couples only.
