Situated between Shanklin and Ventnor, the Cottage is designed in the boathouse style with beautiful detailing inside and out, with exclusive use of a large garden and access to a spectacular cliff terrace. The Isle of Wight Coastal Path is at the front gate.

A quaint ‘olde’ cottage, full of character and was part of the oldest licensed public house on the Island. Situated in the heart of Ventnor town, it's convenient for a variety of local shops, amenities, super pubs & eateries, sea front & beach. The property offers sufficient accommodation for 7 people but can accommodate up to 8. It has seating at the front of the garden and an upper level rear garden with a BBQ and sea glimpses. Breakers Sound is a detached, listed thatched cottage that sits within an acre of mature gardens with stunning sea views across the English Channel from most areas of the property. The historic village of St Lawrence sits within an area of outstanding natural beauty, with coastal and country walks on the doorstep of the cottage and easy access to many of the island's attractions. The vibrant town of Ventnor, with all its amenities, bars and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away.

Recently fully refurbished cottage, re-opened as an airbnb in May 2024. We are situated in the most southerly village on the Island right on the coastal footpath. A beautiful secluded cottage with lovely walks all around us. Ideal for those looking for some peace with the local village just a 5 min walk away and the beach just a 15 min walk. With it's beaches, harbour, bustling town centre and easy mainland links, Ryde has become a popular destination for many people all year round. The Annexe has been recently renovated and is superbly presented with comfortable accommodation for two people.
