Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

*Seagull Cottage* a hidden gem central Ventnor

Seagull cottage is a recently renovated period, two bedroom cottage, tastefully redecorated whilst maintaining it's quaint features. It’s a secret hideaway just perfect for that peaceful break away, you won’t believe you are in the centre of the town, yet a short walk to the main beach and Esplanade, and an even shorter walk to the shops and restaurants. With sunny outdoor spaces to the front and rear it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy. We can also provide discounted ferry travel on booking.

The Cubby, self-contained studio annexe, Ventnor

The Cubby is a self contained studio room with a simple kitchenette and en-suite shower room. It is located a short walk from the centre of Ventnor with Ventnor beach and Steephill Cove both nearby. It has it's own private entrance with driveway parking directly outside allowing guests to come and go as they please. Other facilities include Wifi and an internet-only TV with Netflix and Prime. A small adjacent garden area is the ideal place to enjoy a drink whilst watching the world go by.

You'll love the comfy beds, relaxed ambiance, mod cons, ample off-street parking and huge utility room to put all your beach gear.

Our beautiful spacious apartment in Hambrough Road has been completely renovated and is situated in a lovely location in the town of Ventnor. It is perfect for a short break or for longer stays. It looks directly out to sea over the road and wall in front. It’s in the most ideal location in that the beach and town are literally two minutes walk away. We occasionally receive discount codes for the vehicle ferries so please do ask. We would very much like to welcome you!

Stunning Coastal House, Generous Ferry Discount

This fabulous house has been fully renovated in April 2021. Being South facing with stunning sea views the new deck is a great sun trap (you'll need your sunglasses when the sun's out!) perfect for relaxing on the sofa's or enjoying dinner al fresco. Located just a 5 minute walk down steps to the sea front or a more sedate 15 minutes to the esplanade, its an ideal location to enjoy all that Ventnor has to offer. Well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement
