Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

With private-off street parking, with EV charger, the cottage is just two minutes’ walk from Ventnor's town centre and under ten to the beach and coast path. Tastefully refurbished and fully equipped, the cottage boasts a terraced garden, with stunning views over Ventnor Bay and the Victorian townscape. An ideal base to explore from.

Needles' View at Chale Bay Farm is an air-conditioned family-friendly self-catering apartment with stunning views towards the Needles. The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and adjacent dining and lounge/sun-room. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

Despite this, it is in a quiet location and the house is light and airy with wonderful sea views. It is ideally suited to families with kids of all ages, couples and groups. You'll love the comfy beds, relaxed ambiance, mod cons, ample off-street parking and huge utility room to put all your beach gear.
