Charming house with seperate one bedroom flat that feels like holiday. Beautiful mountain views and walking distance from lagoon and swimming beach. Close to excellent restaurants and shops. Hermanus is just a few kilometres away. Due to the nature of the town we very strictly do not allow any parties or loud music, as set out in the house rules. Unfortunately no group bookings for under 25’s. Inverter and battery powered during load shedding-ensuring continious power to the property.

Nestled in a poplar forest, this tiny home is perfect for a couple wanting to venture into the platteland & escape their daily routines. Sheltered in the summer by a lush canopy, in winter, stripped bare, inviting in the blue skies. In stormy cold weather a combustion oven works it's magic warming "THE TINY" making for cosy winter cuddling! The small forest forms part of LOKAL, a 1ha property, with an vegetable garden , Orchards of fruit & nuts, some chickens & the Garden Cottage.

The Pottery is a rustic&cosy cottage situated on a fruit and wine farm in the beautiful Hemel en Aarde Valley. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom(shower& toilet)to share. Room 1 has a king size bed and room 2 has 2 singles or king The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and all the linen&towels are supplied. Emergency lights/lups for the router There is an undercover stoep with a braai drum,grid&tongs plus a boma with a firepit. Wi fi and full Dstv Pet friendly by request

An open plan living area with fireplace makes it ideal for relaxing after a day spent in the water, while the outdoor braai pit invites you for a braai while watching the spray of surf on the rocks. Uninterrupted views of the ocean and mountains make it an unforgettable, chilled holiday. Please notice uneven rocky area.

Charming rondavels 100 meters from sea

6 Characterful and charming rondavels built in 1967 for a unique, something different, sea holiday experience in Sandbaai, next to Hermanus. The living room, main bedroom and courtyard have wonderful sea views. Braai outside, go fishing, enjoy the plenty of marine life between the rocks, walk the coastal path for kilometers and enjoy the world class beaches of Hermanus. Or, just relax with a book and play games with family and friends with a cozy fire in the background.

Oppiedam Family Cabins (Flamingo)

The cabin is situated right on the edge of the Bot River lagoon. Has a big garden and the views are fantastic! Within walking distance of the beach and close to communal pool and tennis courts. Cozy 2 bedroomed double-storey log cabin, with two bathrooms. Queen size bed, double bed and single bed on the mezzanine. The wild horses often graze in front of the cabin and at times there are hundreds of terns and flamingos! Fully equipped for self-catering.

Tranquility

This cosy, friendly home, beautifully situated on the Vermont Salt Pan is a perfect get away for the whole family. The mountain views are exceptional, bird life plentiful and the tranquility will be hard to beat. Evening braais on the north facing under cover patio, overlooking the Pan will be unforgettable. Cliff path to two stunning tidal pools only 5 mins walk away.
