This basement suite is located on a quiet street just minutes from downtown, orchards, beaches & all other amenities! In the bedroom there is a comfortable king size bed & a large custom closet. We supply extra blankets, hot tub towels, and robes. The bathroom is stocked up also! In the living room there are amazing leather recliners, TV, books, puzzles, and cribbage. The kitchen cupboards are filled with cooking supplies and we provide coffee, tea & spices. There is also shared laundry!

Suite is basically soundproof and located on the side of the main house, joined by only one small wall. We rarely meet our guests! A beautiful property nestled right in town with loads to do! (Or to not do!) 25 minutes to Silverstar. 5 minutes to Kal Beach. 28 minutes to Kelowna Airport.

Amazing 1 bdrm Okanagan Lake View Suite

This is a walk out one bedroom, fully equipped basement suite in a new modern/contemporary home. It is suitable for 1 or 2 guests. The view to the lake and the hillsides across the lake are incredible. There is lake access to Okanagan Lake across the street. Arrangements for boat moorage may be arranged as we have a private mooring buoy. Come to the Okanagan, this recreation mecca, and enjoy everything that we have to offer. Longer stay rates may be negotiated.

Our suite is located in Vernon overlooking the city and valley views. The kitchenette offers small appliances like Crock Pot, load it up before you head out for a round of golf or wine tour and enjoy a piping hot meal or fire up the BBQ on your return from a full day of activities. Relax & unwind with a hot tub or game of billiards in the private lounge areas indoor/outdoor. We have access to a hiking trail across the street from our home.

The Suite Spot is best suited for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. A modern, fully equipped private apartment with high ceilings, making it feel spacious & bright with private hot tub from September to June. (HT closed July & August). 7mins away from city, for restaurants/amenities & 15mins away from lots of local beaches/ lakes & sight seeing adventures. 15mins away from ~ Silver Star Resort & Sovereign Lake Nordic Ski Centre.
