This first floor one bedroom apartment is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Wayne Hospital, 5 blocks from Darke County Fairgrounds and a short 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville. It sleep up 4. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. There are TVs in both living room and bedroom. Disney, Hulu, Paramount streaming apps included. WiFi is available. We are originally from the area and recently renovated this home for our our own family to use when we visit from out of state a few times a year.
