The Hidden Gem

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Last minute? 1-2 nights? Please inquire!! This is an older home with one apartment on the first floor and a vacant apartment upstairs. Guests have the entire property to themselves. Free off-street parking. There is a small park across the street and a larger city park one block away w/carousel, pool, tennis courts, ice rink (all seasonal), amazing playground and walking paths. Three hospitals are within a 10 min drive. Close to BU. A variety of restaurants, bars, shops, antiques in the area.

This cabin is a rustic getaway with all the comforts of home. Nestled in the woods, the cabin has an abundance of hiking trails with a covered bridge, and small farm that guests are welcome to visit. From APPROXIMATELY December 1 - March 1, the property is home to a full size sheet of ice. The rink and farm are featured in the 2022 Bauer Hockey holiday catalog. Be sure to bring your skates! A travelling massage therapist may be available for private bookings with a few days notice.

Tucked Inn is a totally remodeled house in a quiet country setting. The pond offers swimming, a dock, pedal boat and fishing. The sunroom has a sauna for 2. The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

West Main st 3rd floor Apartment

The apartment is located in a quiet area within walking distance of the Enjoie golf course, it is ideal for long term stays. A lot of our long term stays are healthcare workers and contractors. This building has healthcare workers and residents who work night shifts , it is not a place for excessive noise or hosting parties. The apartment has one queen size bed. The extra bed is an air mattress also queen size.

Downtown Binghamton Cool Urban Stay

Downtown Binghamton Location walk to Arena, bars and restaurants. Completely renovated unit, urban eclectic Decor with all the comforts of home. Great stay for events at the Arena, SUNY Binghamton or Professionals work stay. If you need more space please ask about our second apartment at the same location. This a replica unit on the second floor which can have an open feel from unit to unit.

The Milk House

Adorable little place to call your home away from home. Living room, kitchen with appliances, dishes, silverware, etc bathroom with accessories and king size bed. 2 big screen TV's with cable and WiFi. Dog and cat friendly with a fenced in yard and a dog run. Close by to Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park is 2 minutes away if you want to get out and go for a stroll.
