To avdelte soverom med køyesenger til 4, og en kryp hems til "småfolk". Bad med toalett og dusj med inngang fra terrasse. Dekketøy til 8, sofakrok, TV, spisestue, uteterasse, og stor grasstomt rundt. Kjøleskap med liten kjøle, stekeovn, vannkoker, kaffetrakter. Vaskemaskin på bad Røyking ikke tillat.
