Bring the whole group to this great place on the water with lots of room for everyone to have fun. Large equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, Internet, game room with 70” tv and arcade cocktail table. 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 full beds in the bunk/game room. TV in all bedrooms. Deck with lake view, firepit and a gas grill. Swing by the lake to view the stunning sunsets. Large yard with room for games and plenty of parking for cars, boats and trailers. The Downing House

Built in 1922 by the son of a Civil War Veteran, this 2 bd/ 1b cottage with a large wrap around porch sits on almost 1.5 acres in the middle of the city. During the restoration we found letters and Vicksburg artifacts that are displayed throughout the home. It is fully equipped is everything you need, air-conditioning, heat, towels, and even the laundry room available. It has a charming ambiance and design. We have private off-street parking. The Cottage is located a short distance from dining, shopping, galleries and museums.
