Rothesay Cottage: Your petite suite on Cosmo.

Situated one block from Town Square, Rothesay Cottage consists of the front rooms of an original 1870s home, moved from Newbury by steam tractor in 1928. The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

Located in Bach Lane, Fitzroy, atop the Carlton Gardens and close to Brunswick St and the city-centre, this studio offers easy foot and tram access to many cafes, restaurants, shops and major events. The stylish fit-out with modern bathroom and AC offers a tranquil space whilst also keeping you close to local attractions including the Museum, parks, roof-top bars and Gertrude/Smith St shops. Access is via a private garage entrance off the quiet lane. Free street parking is available on request.

Located in Mount Martha and only a 3 minute walk to the beach, this couples retreat is the perfect reason to get away for the weekend and explore the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is just a short 2-3 minute drive to Mount Martha shops with cafe's, deli, restaurants, supermarket, liquor store, news agency and more. We are a short 15-20 minute drive to local vineyards and renowned restaurants and wineries such as Polperro, Montalto and Jackalope. Plenty to explore and lots of great walks too!

Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & pool

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. If you are after a 5-star hotel stay - we don't recommend our property - Come for the experience of Casa Frida!

Studio6 is our stylish new open plan self contained apartment - perfect for couples or singles - in the most desirable part of Hepburn Springs. Take a short walk to Hepburn’s acclaimed restaurants and cafes, or have a drink at the Palais music venue and walk home! Stroll down the end of the street and you’re in the historic Hepburn bathhouse and mineral springs reserve. Pamper yourself with a spa treatment, or just enjoy a gorgeous leafy walk. A three minute drive and you’re in Daylesford.

A 200 metre stroll to Jan Juc village and its eateries, hotel and general store, and just a few minutes more to Bird Rock look out, overlooking Jan Juc beach. A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

After a leisurely or busy day out, our apartment offers superb accommodation with wonderful views over Port Phillip bay - inside and out! Dining has never been more delightful than on the deck overlooking the bay.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️
