A nice and bright loft with free wifi and parking that is located on classic Quadra Street. 10 mins drive to Uvic and 5 mins drive to downtown. Perfect for visiting your university kids and visiting Victoria as a tourist with a budget. We have a queen size bed and one twin futon in this open concept loft. It is equipped with Air Condition and with a smart TV. Spacious full kitchen facing the sunlight. Maximum 2 guests if you book more than one month

This 650 sqft space has 2 SEPERATE loft areas, one full hight with a memory foam queen bed, the other is a cute reading nook (not full height) with a small futon for one. Sofabed in the living room also converts to a queen size bed. Peekaboo Water views through picturesque window.
