Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Just a short walk from a cafe and shopping precinct, enjoy a walk along the South Perth foreshore, or watch your favourite game at Optus Stadium. Just a short stroll to public transport, Como Hotel, and cute cafes. Or a few minutes in an Uber and you're at Optus Stadium & Crown Casino, Vic Park's bustling cafe strip, Curtin Uni, Perth City, Swan River, and golf course. Our guesthouse is fully self contained with separate bathroom / laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

Beautiful Sanctuary with Tranquil Gardens in Perth

"Armagh On The Park" A former photographic studio and gallery, this newly renovated and charming cottage comes complete with a modern kitchen, dining, bathroom and a separate living area looking out into an award-winning garden sanctuary. The cottage stands alone so you can escape and relax in your own little piece of paradise and can house up to four guests. Free off-street parking. My property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and a family (with children).

Urban Trails - Private 2Bed 1Bath + Kitchenette

Enjoy being just a 4 minute walk from the centre of Perth's best restaurant strip. Centrally located, it is a 10 minute bus ride into the city centre. By car, it's approximately 10 minutes to Curtin Uni or Optus Stadium, 20 minutes to Perth Airport, 25 minutes to Cottesloe Beach or Lesmurdie Falls. You'll recognise the house by the native garden inspired by local walking trails. Guests have a separate entry and private access to a main bedroom, bathroom and a living area/second bedroom.
