**Only handheld photography or videography allowed: NO tripods please, they scratch the floor** -The large windows look out over a tamarind tree-lined street and across to French colonial-era architecture just steps from the heart of Vietnam’s most vibrant city. - Stay in my apartment that is on the 3rd floor ( no elevator ), in a quiet clean neighborhood. - The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2. - One Queen size bed with comfortable mattress. - An Android TV 55 inches with a nice speaker system brings you good ambience for films or to relax by music at night. Chromecast and Apple TV 4K are available for your use. - A iMac 22 inch is available for you to search information with the highspeed internet. - The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea and kitchen appliances to allow for home cooked meals with dishes, plates, knives , forks.. - A wash/dry machine also ready. Transportation to my place: - Taxi: from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you take a taxi to Nguyen Hue Street (downtown district 1, HCM City) and you are 1 minute away from my place. - The Building of " 90 Nguyễn Huệ street " to my place is full of boutique coffee shops and arts galleries. Take your time to enjoy some essences of the city. - Bus: if you consider using public buses, proceed to Bus 109 and arrive at Ben Thanh Station then it’s about 5 minutes walking to my place. All equipment and facilities are provided for your usage. I have been working in F&B industry and a freelance photographer for years in HCM City; thus feel free to talk to me or let’s hang out in a café to discuss about the local cuisines, fine arts, photography in the likely event that you may be interested. Its design is inspired by the old Vietnamese features with rusticity that brings comfortable and cozy feelings. This studio has a great view from balcony so that you can have chillin time at night. Besides, this place is very close to all the insanity of backpacker area ( Pham Ngu Lao -Bui Vien street), but far enough away that you don't stay up all night from the noise

Our industrial-style loft is located on the top floor of one of the oldest pre-war apartment buildings in Saigon. Highlights include our spacious bathroom with rain shower and sunroof and our balcony with a beautiful view of the Vietnam State Bank and Wall Street area. As with our other units, we feature a complimentary coffee and tea bar, hotel-style bed and towels, a full kitchen, and a front-loading washer.
