Our home is located steps away from the Gorge Waterway Municipal Park and a 15 minute car, bus or 30 minute bike ride into the floral downtown core of Victoria. Enjoy serene unobstructed nature watching from the front deck and picturesque views of the Gorge Waterway through the large kitchen and living room windows as well as quiet barbecues on the patio in the peaceful green backyard.

Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.
