The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Spiseplads til 2 personer. Huset ligger i et roligt område, tæt på Roskilde og ca. 300 meter til strand med badebro. I nærheden er der også 2 restauranter. Ca 2,5 km til indkøbs muligheder Huset ligger vores baghave, hvor vi selv opholder os.

Bright and quiet apartment near trains/center. Bedsheets is not included but can be rent for 130 dkr pr person. Cleaning is not included, but can be bought for 650 dkr (you do dish youself)
