This is a one bedroom home with a large fully stocked kitchen and is perfect for travelers looking to get away from the usual tourist experience. We welcome guests looking to stop for a couple of days and it is also perfect for those looking to stay longer term in Vilanculos. The house is located on our family property so while the house and patio are private, guests should expect to see family members and ducks in the yard.

Casa Pequeña

An idyllic view above "Baia dos Pescadores" (Fisherman's Bay). From its perch, 100 meters to the Indian ocean you can take in the whole bay as your eye is drawn to Bazaruto's trio of islands in the distance – the best view in Vilanculos. After a two-year long term rental, the property has once again become available to stay (June 2025). The 5 bedroom house benefits from the sea breeze that channels its way through the bay ensuring you stay cool even through the hottest of Mozambican summers.

Casa Blu is a relaxed, laid back beach house with absolutely breathtaking panoramic views over the ocean. Relax on the patio and absorb the beauty of the Archipelago, enjoying the changing colour of the ocean. It is an open plan thatch beach house with 8 ensuite double bedrooms, 6 of which have gorgeous views over the ocean. Direct access to the beach, located in a private complex with a 24/7 team of guards. Open plan living extending seamlessly through collapsing doors onto the patio

Vilancoulos海景房

Our beach house is located high above a magnificent bay north of Vilankulos. The view and beach are spectacular. World class sailing, kite surfing, diving and fishing will keep you busy. Horse riding on the beach is a must do. Delicious sea food can be bought from the local fishermen. The house sleeps 4 couples and 8 children, it has 4 ensuite stand alone bedrooms and a dorm room sleeping 8 children. The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge are ideal for a large group. Fully staffed.

Beach Villa is approximately 4 km from Villankulos. At the bottom of the garden is a private gate for beach access. Beach Villa is in a private secure estate of 14 houses with security, and Estate Manager Mel is available to answer any questions during your stay. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport, the house is fully equipped for 11 people. All rooms are en-suite with mosquito nets and air conditioned with high speed Wi-fi. Generator backup to run the whole house.
