Located directly on the beach-designed to envelope the soul in tranquility, this three-story townhome includes three lovely bedrooms. The main floor boasts a gourmet kitchen, half bath, laundry room, family room, dining area, and ocean viewing area. A laundry room houses a full size washer and dryer. Ultra high speed Internet is provided and reaches to the beach!

Our renovated beach cottage is one block to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and ice cream, nightlife, public transport, family-friendly activities. Across the street is the pier, volleyball courts, splash pad and weekly Wednesday farmers market. A short drive to the oldest city in the US and a grocery store! You’ll love our adorable beach cottage because of the location, the neighborhood and the beach is gorgeous. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

Sea Turtle Beach Cottage

For a relaxed vacation on the beach enjoy our Sea Turtle Cottage.  Located on Vilano Beach, just 4 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine, the Sea Turtle Cottage features an open floor plan with one queen bed, a queen size sofa bed, a living/dining area with a kitchen and an outside deck. The Cottage is part of a complex situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean.  It is perfect for a romantic getaway to enjoy the surf, sun and each other.  Beach chairs and towels are provided.

6 BLOCKS to BEACH, off of the intercostal! Studio apartment, sleeps up to 4. Quiet neighborhood, close to all. Several restaurants/shops within walking distance. Beach bikes included, perfect for bike rides along the beach. Private entrance off of porch, which includes chairs to relax in, beach toys, towels, chairs. *yes, we are pet friendly, however, ONE PET PER STAY WITH APPROVAL *also, we cannot split weekends, so please book accordingly, fridays and Saturdays booked together

The next best thing to beachfront! Grab your beach gear and walk just 2-5 mins to the quiet community beach entrance located only three houses away (this is not a popular entrance because there is NO public parking). Spend your evenings reconnecting as you roast S'mores around the fire pit. Enjoy long talks on the deck shaded in the day by the live oak trees and lit up at night with cafe lights hung overhead, all while listening to the lullaby of waves.

The porches have rocking chairs too. The home is on one level which is also nice for elderly with mobility challenges. The host is very responsive, and guests say this is a convenient stay for local weddings, special events¸ and an enjoyable vacation.
