Your own cozy guest suite with private entry. Lovely little bedroom and beautiful bathroom . Private porch and sitting area. Located adjacent our guest studio but the suite is entirely yours and private. These two share a lush garden path, but have separate porches and entrances. The MarshMellow is a well thought out accommodation that has everything we think you'll need for a lovely stay in St. Augustine. A 20 minute stroll to the Amp and short drive or bike to the beaches or downtown.

In a quiet Vilano Beach community this mid-century bungalow with expansive deck is a beach lovers paradise. Just a stones throw away from one of the most beautiful and private beaches Florida has to offer, and a short drive or water taxi to historic downtown St Augustine, this is truly a gem of a location. You can walk to Publix, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, pier, water taxi, and more. This guest apartment of a 2 story duplex is on the second floor, which has a private entry and parking.

Pool temperature is set and could be adjusted for a small fee. Beachy home all new furnishings! Owner has other homes in area!

The Beach House

Vilano Beach, St Augustine! Enjoy a beautiful sunrise just across the street from the ocean (with access 2 blocks south). Feast at great restaurants within walking distance while enjoying the sunset over the Inter-coastal Waterway. Easy access to historic downtown with a 10 min drive/Uber or enjoy a water taxi from the Vilano Beach Fishing Pier. The Guana Tolomato Matanzas Reserve is available a few miles north for hiking/biking trails, kayaking & fishing. The entire home is yours!

The Shire on 1 acre marshfront with dock and Spa

One of a kind 1930s historic home, newly renovated and transformed into a beautiful secluded getaway. new luxury finishes, while holding its traditional charm. No Events allowed. Rooftop deck, sunrise views of the Atlantic ocean, Downtown, and sunsets over the river. The new dock with covered roof hosts a national geographic like eco system. Cottage style home with comfortable porches to enjoy sound of ocean waves breaking on the front and back porches. Pool in the back yard (heated by request for $50 per day) cookshed, fenced with lush trees and woods to the east. The inside looks large with high wood ceilings and multiple windows and glass doors to the beautiful pool area. Located on a dead end street in a family neighborhood with 5 star restaurants nearby. Fifteen minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

In addition to the ocean across the street, we are a few blocks from amazing sunsets on the river.
